Nature of Duties:

Product oriented.
ECOs implementation (changes related to components, process and/or product software).
New product implementation.
Conducts calls with the customer contaipart to address product issues.
Material and labor cost analysis related to ECOs and/or NPIs.
Maintain systems updated such Agile, Oracle and shop floor system for: New components, Alternate components and/or EOL.
Work along the materials group to analyze ECOs affecting supply, potential obsolescence/excess to determine further dispositions and avoid any negative impact.
Consolidate Material requests to find or validate alternate parts, make sure parts are correctly linked and flagged.
Update/create process reports (KPIs).
Participate in the customer complaints process.
Provides recommendations for product/process changes.
Develops positive relationships with all areas involved in the ECOs and NPI process to keep KPI’s within target.
Provide support to other repair centers in terms of ECOs or NPIs.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics engineering or equivalent degree or experience.

+ 8 years experience in the manufacturing industry (electronics).
RFID knowledge.
Measurement instruments management: System analyzers, Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer.
Working knowledge of 5S Lean Six Sigma practices.
Ability to follow oral and written guidelines.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications
Advanced skills in MS Excel is a plus, including creating formulas, macros, and charting

Hard skills:

Working and operational experience on Oracle, & Agile.
Advance knowledge on components and substitutes options validation.
Advanced knowledge on ECOs analysis and control system, implementation follow-up.
Cost analysis.
Project management for new products introduction.
Reverse Logistics: Product understanding (hardware and software compatibility).
Knowledge of RFQ process for Materials.

Soft skills:

90% English (verbal and written).
Has willingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideas.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
