The role:
As an IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure at Critical Manufacturing at our office in Tijuana, Mexico and as part of our Global IT Team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a strong technical background and is passionate about managing enterprise-level systems and networks.

What you will do:

Manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services
Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks
Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Provide technical support to employees

Requirements

What you must have:

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Experience with networking technologies (Firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell, Bash)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent English skills – spoken and written

What we consider a plus (not mandatory):

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
IT certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
