Sourcing specialist - retail experience

One of the world's leading Fortune 100 retail corporations is expanding its direct presence in Mexico, and we are looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to join their growing Buying Office!

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will manage the end-to-end operational flow, from purchase order execution to vendor compliance and logistics troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End PO Management: Directly execute and track high-volume Purchase Orders (20-30 POs weekly), ensuring data integrity.
• Vendor Compliance: Oversee vendor onboarding, enforcing strict quality, labeling, and ticketing regulations.
• Logistics Tracking: Partner with freight forwarders and distribution centers to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main link between global Buying Offices and local vendors.

Profile Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in Sourcing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Tracking (Retail, Apparel, or FMCG sectors highly preferred).
• Language: Fluent English (Business level is mandatory for global reporting and daily system management).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, PO systems, and a deep hands-on execution mindset (managing your own data entry and operational follow-ups).
• Location: Mexico City (Hybrid/Corporate Office).
