En Alpura estamos buscando un(a) Planeador Sr. Control de Demanda para liderar la estrategia de pronósticos y asegurar el balance ideal entre servicio, inventario y rentabilidad dentro de una de nuestras categorías más relevantes.
¿Qué estarás haciendo?
• Liderar el proceso de Control de Demanda (S&OE).
• Analizar tendencias, desviaciones y riesgos para construir planes de acción oportunos.
• Colaborar con equipos de Ventas, Marketing, Supply Chain y Operaciones.
• Impulsar la mejora continua de modelos de pronóstico y proyectos de automatización.
• Generar visibilidad para una mejor toma de decisiones basada en datos.
Lo que buscamos
✅ Experiencia sólida en Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP o Supply Chain Planning.
✅ Experiencia dentro de empresas de consumo masivo, retail o alimentos.
✅ Excel avanzado y fuerte capacidad analítica.
✅ Enfoque estratégico, orientación a resultados e influencia con equipos multifuncionales.
