Account Manager
Nexteer Automotive México
Esta posicion es responsable de desarrollar, mantener y fortalecer relaciones estratégicas con clientes clave mediante la gestión comercial la gestión y negociación de precios y el cumplimiento de acuerdos contractuales.
Requsitios/Perfil
- Expereiencia en posición similar al menos 2 años.
- Experiencia en gestión y atención directa a clientes OEMs al menos 5 años.
- Inglés avanzado (capaz de dirigir reuniones y negociaciones con clientes. internacionales y entornos multiculturales).
- Ingeniería o carrera afín, deseable maestría afin.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y construcción de relaciones comerciales.
- Administración de proyectos (Project Management).
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para liderar iniciativas de manera autónoma.
- Desarrollo y análisis de business cases.
- Entendimiento financiero y comercial del negocio.
Responsibilidades:
- Desarrollar, mantener y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes en todos los grupos funcionales en el OEM asignado.
- Evalúar y comprender el entorno competitivo a favor del desarrollo de desgloses de costos para el cliente y para negociar precios y términos de acuerdo con las bases de Nexteer.
- Gestionar la actividad comercial completa para clientes/programas asignados
- Gestionar el cumplimiento del cliente con los términos y precios contractuales, lidera la resolución de problemas cuando es necesario.
- Es responsable de trabajar con el departamento legal para garantizar la solidez legal de las relaciones contractuales, asi como buscar y liderar la solución de problemas comerciales de los programas asignados.
- Comunicarse regularmente con los contactos de Compras del cliente, incluido el establecimiento de reuniones periodicas para la interacción cara a cara.
- Coordinar y seguimiento de cambios de ingeniería.
