Team Overview

The Solution Architect will be responsible to support fintech business growth in Mexico. Will work cross‑functionality to understand architecture needs by multiple business lines, and collaborating closely with multiple functional teams as well as external partners to deliver solutions successfully, driving the business to success taking in considerations compliance matters related to SOFIPO and DiDiPay. Role Responsibilities

• Implementing DiDi localization SPEI in and SPEI out scenarios in DiDiPay and SOFIPO, e.g. DIMO, CODI, OXXO
• Contributing to various payment methods in Sofipo, e.g. payment with balance, payment with card, payment with Sofipo, etc.
• Working closely with various team in Mexico and China, business team, product team, tech team, etc.
• Collecting requirements from different teams, understanding team needs, dismantling them into tech solutions and delivery high quality products
• Working closely with various team to prepare technical compliance documents according to Banxico and CNBV guidance

Role Qualifications

• Solid understanding and experience in the payments or banking industry; Fintech background is preferred.
• Proven experience in handling SOFIPO technical compliance tasks. Hands‑on experience integrating with SPEI in and out products. Skilled in preparing technical compliance documentation for regulators (e.g., CNBV, Banxico), including third‑party vendor authorizations and required technical reports
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development, with strong proficiency in architectural design. Expertise in microservices architecture capable of supporting millions of clients; proficient in Message Queues, RDS, Redis, and ElasticSearch
• Ability to design innovative, customer‑driven solutions and deliver high‑quality results.
• Highly developed organizational and time‑management skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English. Ability to work effectively with global teams, strong multi‑tasking capabilities, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, with technical working experience dealing with CNBV or Banxico.
