Overview of the position:

We are looking for an Administrative Controller (Assistant Manager) to lead business planning and financial strategy within the Marketing area, ensuring full budget control, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven decision-making

Typical tasks:

• Lead the annual business planning (ABP) process, consolidating inputs from all Marketing areas.
• Manage and control the Marketing budget , ensuring optimal allocation and efficient execution.
• Monitor budget performance vs. plan , identifying risks and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Finance, and external agencies to ensure alignment across planning and execution.
• Develop and standardize processes and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Deliver financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and financial policies .
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and transparency in operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, budget control, or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis .
• Experience working in cross-functional environments , ideally partnering with Marketing or commercial teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems .
• Ability to develop financial reports and translate data into actionable insights .
• Strong understanding of internal controls, governance, and compliance processes .
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence decision-making.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail .
• Intermediate English
