Impact of a Sr. UX Designer at Coupa

This pillar underpins the Supplier Grow and Transact experiences, providing the shared platform, systems, and workflows that connect suppliers to the full Coupa ecosystem. You will design the core experiences that every supplier relies on, from onboarding and identity to profile management and navigation across Coupa products. Your work will ensure suppliers can move seamlessly between Grow, Transact, and other Coupa offerings, without friction or duplication, regardless of where they are in their business journey. A key focus of this role is establishing the Coupa Supplier Portal (CPS) as the single source of truth for suppliers. You will help consolidate fragmented experiences into a cohesive, AI‑powered network portal that gives suppliers clear access to all of Coupa, whether they are just getting started with their first customer or managing relationships with many buyers.

What You'll Do

• Own the Journey: Design and improve key growth surfaces like landing pages, onboarding, pricing, checkout, and upgrade flows.
• Connect the Experience: Make the end‑to‑end journey feel seamless across marketing and in‑product touchpoints.
• Lead GTM Design: Support go‑to‑market efforts across the website, lifecycle (email, in‑app), and feature launches.
• Drive Experimentation: Work with Product and Growth to shape hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate based on what you learn.
• Prototype to Learn: Quickly bring ideas to life to test, validate, and move faster with more confidence.
• Improve Conversion: Use data and research to spot friction, refine flows, and move key metrics.
• Raise the Bar: Push the quality of visual, interaction, and motion design across everything you touch.

What You Will Bring to Coupa

• 5+ years of Product‑Led Growth Experience: You understand how funnels, conversion, and experimentation actually play out in real products and drive business impact.
• Journey Thinking: You naturally think in flows and systems, with a focus on time to first value.
• Narrative Instinct: You can simplify complex ideas and carry a clear narrative across different touchpoints.
• High Craft: You care about the details and it shows in your visual and interaction design work. You have experience with brand and product packaging.
• Comfort with Experimentation: You've worked on A/B tests and know how to design for iteration, not perfection.
• Fast Prototyping: Skilled at bringing ideas to life quickly with modern design tools.
• Data‑Aware: You use data and research to guide decisions, without getting stuck in it.
