We are currently seeking a Head of Human Resources for Mexico , a strategic and courageous HR professional who will act as a trusted advisor to the business, shaping a high-performance culture while enabling growth, transformation, and employee engagement across the country.

What will you do?

• Act as a strategic HR partner to the Mexico leadership team, supporting business growth, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation.
• Responsable for the operation excellence and responsable for some varibles for the P&L.
• Lead the end-to-end HR agenda in Mexico, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Compliance.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations , while upholding global HR policies and ethical standards.
• Coach and support leaders in complex employee matters, organizational change, and performance management.
• Create and Innovate the enviroment to encourage and mantain Ingram Micro Mexico in the top companies of the Great Place to Work.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership roles.
• Proven experience supporting complex, fast-paced business environments , ideally within global or matrix organizations.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, change management, and leadership advisory.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
• Advanced English (required to global interaction).
