Estamos en búsqueda de un Ingeniero de IIoT / Manufacturing Platforms para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico dentro de la industria automotriz. Este rol brindará soporte en el desarrollo, configuración e integración de soluciones de Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), utilizando herramientas como Ignition y Kafka para la captura, procesamiento y visualización de datos de manufactura en tiempo real.
Actividades principales
- Desarrollar y dar soporte a soluciones IIoT para la captura y monitoreo de datos de procesos productivos.
- Configurar, mantener y optimizar aplicaciones en Ignition para visualización, historización y análisis de información.
- Implementar y dar soporte a flujos de datos mediante Kafka para integración entre sistemas de manufactura.
- Desarrollar dashboards, reportes y herramientas de monitoreo para análisis operativo.
- Realizar validaciones, pruebas funcionales y troubleshooting de sistemas de automatización e información.
- Documentar arquitecturas, configuraciones y mejores prácticas.
- Brindar soporte técnico a las áreas de Mechatronics Engineering y Manufacturing Engineering.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua enfocados en digitalización y automatización industrial.
Requerimentos
- Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Automatización, Electrónica, Sistemas, Robótica o carrera afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en proyectos de automatización o IIoT industrial.
- Conocimiento de Ignition (Inductive Automation).
- Experiencia con Kafka para transmisión y procesamiento de datos.
- Familiaridad con sistemas de manufactura, PLCs y redes industriales.
- Conocimientos en bases de datos SQL.
- Manejo de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios y entornos dinámicos.
