Descripción del puesto (IMC-9S26)
Se requiere la valiosa aportación de un Especialista con experiencia en negociación y gestión de contratos de Tecnología, así como conocimiento en Software Asset Management (SAM) y FinOps, capaz de liderar negociaciones con proveedores estratégicos y generar oportunidades de optimización de costos.
Requisitos
- +5 años de experiencia en negociación de contratos de Software, SaaS, Cloud y servicios profesionales de IT.
- Experiencia en licenciamiento de software empresarial.
- Conocimiento práctico de Software Asset Management (SAM): gestión de licencias, cumplimiento y optimización.
- Conocimiento de FinOps y optimización de costos de nube.
- Experiencia en términos comerciales, financieros y legales de contratos tecnológicos.
- Capacidad para negociar con proveedores globales y trabajar con equipos multifuncionales.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y financieras.
Deseable
- Certificaciones en SAM/ITAM/CSAM/IAITAM o similares.
- Conocimientos de licenciamiento de Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow u otros fabricantes empresariales.
- Experiencia en ambientes multinacionales.
Responsabilidades principales
- Liderar negociaciones comerciales y contractuales con proveedores de software, cloud y servicios de IT.
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida de contratos tecnológicos, incluyendo renovaciones, modificaciones y cumplimiento.
- Identificar oportunidades de ahorro, optimización de costos y mitigación de riesgos.
- Administrar y optimizar el portafolio de licencias de software mediante prácticas de Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Participar en iniciativas de FinOps, analizando y optimizando costos de servicios Cloud.
- Evaluar propuestas comerciales y financieras y generar recomendaciones para la toma de decisiones.
