Manufacturing Team Leader — Continuous Improvement

Corning Inc.

Corning Inc. in Reynosa is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead direct labor teams and implement plant operating plans. You will supervise hourly staff, enforce SOPs and document control, and drive cost, quality, and safety objectives on the shop floor.

The role requires a BS degree, 1–3 years in manufacturing, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience with strong communication skills across all plant levels.
