About the Role

You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing outreach campaigns, engaging with prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys communicating with people, and wants to gain exposure to sales strategy, business growth, and executive operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels to generate qualified leads
• Manage and execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns
• Schedule and conduct introductory calls with prospective clients
• Qualify leads and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-up activities with the revenue team
• Manage and update prospect, client, and deal records in the CRM
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Support the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and identification of new business opportunities
• Manage executive communications, calendars, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
• Support client and partner relationships through professional communication and coordination
• Coordinate special projects with internal teams and external vendors
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as needed
• Occasional travel to company headquarters, client meetings, and industry events in the United States

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development , sales, lead generation, account management, client success, recruiting, or a related customer-facing role
• Fluent written and verbal English with the ability to confidently conduct business conversations and sales calls
• Strong B2B communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls, conducting prospecting activities, and following up with leads
• Experience managing outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership and sales teams
• Ability to travel to the U.S. and internationally when required
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to improve productivity, research, and communication
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and CRM platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM systems
• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, staffing, recruiting, technology services, or consulting
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead-generation tools
• Knowledge of email marketing and outbound prospecting best practices
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
