Manager, HR Business Partner - Ramos Arizpe Coahuila

What will you do?

• Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities and support workforce planning
• Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment
• Leverage HR data and metrics to drive informed decisions on talent management and organizational design
• Lead change management initiatives and coach managers on performance, leadership development, and employee growth
• Manage unionized workforce relationships, support collective bargaining processes, and lead negotiations with union representatives to maintain constructive labor relations.

Requirements

• Able to work onsite in Ramos Arizpe Coahuila
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• More than 7yearsofexperience as a HR Generalist, the ability to understand company's business performance andidentifycritical HR success factors; covering organization development and learning, compensation and rewards, talent management.
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
• Desirable knowledge at Manufacturing Plants ( HVAC equipment, components, and terminology )
• Strong experience in Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), Employee relations and labor compliance.
• Proven experience managing unionized employees, labor-management relations, grievance handling, collective bargaining agreement administration, and union negotiations.
• The interest to learn, stretch yourself, be creative and solution oriented with your work and support to the business.
• Strong leadership skills:collaboration, communication, influence, drive for results, effective planning & prioritization, and project management
• Proficiencyin Excel, as well as ability to manage digital systems to analyze data
• Strong verbal and written communications skills working in a manufacturing setting. Must have ability to communicate through all levels of the organization.
