About the role : As our Specialist in Commodity Management & Sourcing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and cost‑effective procurement of electronic commodities and driving successful New Product Introductions. Your expertise will directly impact our supply chain, enabling us to deliver innovative and high‑quality solutions to our customers. You will be instrumental in managing supplier relationships and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end‑to‑end sourcing process with a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and electronic commodities.
• Leading and implementing sourcing strategies for supply chain initiatives, engineering changes (ECN), and Control Box implementations.
• Driving NPI for Control Boxes, ensuring timely and efficient sourcing activities.
• Managing relationships and following up on NPI projects with contract manufacturers.
• Contributing to the implementation of engineering projects and changes from a sourcing perspective.
• Supporting overall sourcing activities within the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management).
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in sourcing, with a focus on NPI or electronic commodities.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing projects or engineering changes.
• Experience in supply chain sourcing.
• Advanced English proficiency (essential for leading meetings).
• Knowledge of electronic component sourcing.
• Experience in Project Management Office (PMO), engineering, or supply chain roles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
