Trade Marketing & Customer Marketing Manager

At OMRON Healthcare , we're transforming the way we connect our brands with consumers across Mexico's most important retail channels—and we're looking for an experienced commercial leader to help us drive that transformation.

This is not a traditional Trade Marketing role.

We're looking for someone who can build strategy, influence commercial decisions, and translate shopper insights into winning Go-to-Market plans that accelerate category growth and strengthen partnerships with key retailers.

As our Trade Marketing & Customer Marketing Manager , you will:

✅ Design and execute Go-to-Market strategies across pharmacy chains, self-service retailers, department stores, distributors, and price clubs.

✅ Develop customer and channel strategies that drive sell-out, market share, and category growth.

✅ Build Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and collaborate with Sales to create impactful commercial initiatives.

✅ Lead product launches and customer activation strategies across multiple retail channels.

✅ Manage promotional investments, budgets, and ROI to maximize business performance.

✅ Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Medical Marketing, Product Planning, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs.

✅ Lead and develop the Customer Marketing team while driving the evolution from a traditional Trade Marketing function to a strategic Customer Marketing organization.

We're looking for professionals who bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Category Management, or Commercial Marketing.

• Proven experience designing and executing Go-to-Market strategies for offline retail channels.

• Strong experience working with pharmacy chains, self-service retailers, department stores, distributors, or price clubs.

• Experience building Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and collaborating with Key Account teams.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate shopper and consumer insights into commercial action plans.

• Advanced English communication skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
