Flint Hills Resources

Molex seeks a Lead Trainer to implement and oversee the staff training system driving continuous plant improvement. You will analyze needs, build tailored learning programs, and partner with leaders to develop capabilities across the organization, ensuring employees are certified for safe, high-quality production.

You will join the Training, Learning & Development team within the HR department, working across the plant with managers and SMEs to foster a culture of continuous learning and
