Remote Hardware Support Engineer - Hyper-Converged Systems
Nutanix
Nutanix is seeking a Technical Support Engineer focused on hardware support for enterprise servers within hyper-converged environments. You will provide remote assistance to field engineers during hardware replacement activities and manage tickets related to hardware issues.
The role requires strong problem framing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering and vendors for root-cause analysis, firmware validation, and incident resolution; a fluent English communicator is essential.
