# Sales Development Representative (SDR) LeadEl SDR Lead es responsable de liderar, acompañar y potenciar al equipo de Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), asegurando la correcta ejecución de estrategias deprospección (inbound y outbound) y la generación de oportunidades comerciales de calidad para el equipo de ventas. Su misión es guiar al equipo en el cumplimiento de objetivos, desarrollar sus capacidades y garantizar procesos eficientes de prospección y calificación de leads, contribuyendo directamente al crecimiento de la empresa.Las Condes, Chile - Cuauhtémoc CDMX, MéxicoFull-time### Responsabilidades* Liderar, acompañar y supervisar al equipo de SDRs (inbound y outbound), asegurando el cumplimiento de KPIs y metas establecidas.* Ser responsable de la calidad de los leads calificados entregados al equipo de Account Executives.* Diseñar, estandarizar y optimizar procesos de prospección, calificación y seguimiento de leads.* Coordinar con Marketing y Ventas para alinear estrategias de generación de demanda, inbound y outbound.* Implementar y monitorear métricas clave de desempeño del equipo (contactos, reuniones agendadas,tasas de conversión).* Capacitar, darfeedback continuo y desarrollar habilidades comerciales y de comunicación en el equipo de SDRs.* Gestionar y analizar datos en el CRM para proponer mejoras en la efectividad de la prospección.* Identificar oportunidades de automatización y herramientas que optimicen la eficiencia del equipo.* Asegurar una excelente experiencia del prospecto en la primera interacción con la empresa.* Reportar periódicamente al área de Ventas sobre resultados, proyecciones y mejoras detectadas.### Requisitos* Formación académica: Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.* Experiencia laboral: 3+ años de experiencia en roles de desarrollo de negocios, ventas o generación de leads, con al menos 1 año liderando equipos.* Conocimientos técnicos: Experiencia comprobada en entornos de ventas B2B, idealmente en SaaS, fintech o startups.
