Objetivo del puesto
Asegurar la correcta operación, disponibilidad y seguridad de la infraestructura tecnológica de la empresa, administrando sistemas, servidores y redes para garantizar la continuidad de los servicios.
Responsabilidades
- Administrar y dar mantenimiento a servidores (Windows y Linux) físicos y virtuales.
- Configurar y gestionar infraestructura de red: switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs.
- Implementar y supervisar políticas de seguridad informática en sistemas y redes.
- Monitorear el rendimiento de la infraestructura tecnológica y proponer mejoras.
- Gestionar respaldos, actualizaciones y planes de recuperación ante desastres.
- Brindar soporte técnico avanzado a usuarios y dar solución a incidencias críticas.
- Documentar configuraciones, procesos y cambios en infraestructura.
- Evaluar, seleccionar e implementar nuevas soluciones tecnológicas.
