If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryJob summary:To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara South.Reporting to the Sr Operations Manager the Production Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‑grade assemblies.What a typical day looks like:Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance, evaluate areas that may be impacting performance, and advise on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies/quality.Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.Evaluate ideas for plant improvements and work with qualified engineers to develop project proposals to encourage improvements and changes.Provides technical/operational advice to project teams.May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.May train and coach junior operators and junior team supervisorsPrioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.Initiates and participates in process development and cost improvement projects.Assists in department budget planning and manage department expenses.Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.Ensures compliance of standards.Ensure that all manufacturing area personnel are trained and certified in their specific functions.Ensure that all manufacturing personnel adhere to all safety guidelines.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:Bachelor’s degree.Intermediate EnglishExperience as Production Supervisor.Strong experience as leader.Flexible working hours availabilityExperience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).Knowledge in specifications and standards related to electronicsExperience in the use of Floor shop systems.Knowledge in assembly processes (End to End).Experience in BAAN system (SAP).What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:Competitive Salary.Life & Medical insurance.Christmas Bonus.Food Coupons.Saving Fund.XS65Job CategoryOperationsRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
