About the team:

The engineering and maintenance team is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and production lines. The team supports daily operations through troubleshooting, automation, and process optimization activities. We work closely with production, quality and industrial engineering to achieve safety, quality and production targets. Additionally, we lead the implementation of new equipment, line expansions and continuous improvement activities across the plant.

What you can look forward to as Maintenance Engineer:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Lead and support the implementation, startup, and validation of new production lines and equipment.
• Develop and implement control system improvements to enhance equipment reliability, productivity, and performance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the integration of new equipment, sensors, actuators, vision systems, and automation technologies into existing manufacturing processes.
• Analyze recurring equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions. Participate in projects focused on safety, quality, operational excellence, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and mentor maintenance technicians by providing technical guidance, hands‑on training, and knowledge-sharing to strengthen troubleshooting and automation capabilities.
• Maintain control system documentation, software backups, and change management records.

Your Profile as Maintenance Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field, with experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment and production lines in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting, preferably with Allen‑Bradley and Siemens platforms. Desirable: Panasonic.
• Experience with HMIs, industrial networks, sensors, actuators, variable frequency drives, and servo systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve automation and controls‑related issues in a fast‑paced production environment, and strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis.
• Experience supporting equipment startup, commissioning, and integration activities.
• Understanding of electrical schematics, control panels, and industrial safety requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technical documentation management.
• English communication skills sufficient to interact with global teams and technical suppliers. Advanced English proficiency (minimum 80%).
