What we`re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or recently graduated .
• Advanced English
• Have a good understanding of accounting principles.

About the job:

+Daily monitoring of outstanding items in the depository reconciliation system :

• Sending letters and contacting various sources to resolve issues.
• Documenting actions related to missing deposits, lost checks, incorrect deposits, etc.
• Creating journal vouchers for resolved items.

+Assisting in month-end close :

• Submitting JV entries to the Oracle system.
• Completing assigned bank reconciliations.

+Handling calls, questions, and correspondence with store managers, banks, and division management.

+Maintaining accurate records and ensuring reconciliations are completed on time.

+Following standard procedures and internal controls.

+Collaborating with the finance team to improve processes.
