¿Qué harás?
Asegurar la correcta ejecución y evolución de procesos operativos en clubes mediante la gestión simultánea de iniciativas de mejora, analizando información operativa para transformarla en insights accionables, estandarizando procesos clave y habilitando a la operación con lineamientos claros, con el fin de reducir desviaciones, mejorar indicadores de auditoría y aumentar la productividad del negocio.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar múltiples proyectos (4–5 simultáneos) enfocados en mejora operativa y estandarización de procesos
- Analizar datos operativos (custodias, auditoría, cambios de precio, ejecución en club) para generar insights accionables
- Identificar causas raíz de problemáticas en la operación y proponer soluciones estructurales
- Diseñar, documentar e implementar procesos estandarizados que aseguren consistencia en la ejecución
- Coordinar la implementación de iniciativas con equipos staff y operación (clubes)
- Atender y resolver dudas operativas de clubes relacionadas con procesos y lineamientos
- Monitorear indicadores clave del negocio y detectar desviaciones en campo
- Dar seguimiento a la adopción de nuevas prácticas y asegurar su correcta ejecución
- Actuar como enlace entre áreas corporativas y operación, asegurando la correcta bajada de estrategia a ejecución
- Realizar visitas frecuentes a clubes para validar ejecución, entender problemáticas y acompañar la implementación de mejoras
¿A quién buscamos?
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en operaciones y mejora continua.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos simultáneos y trabajo cercano a operación en campo.
- Dominio de análisis de datos operativos (Excel avanzado) e interpretación de KPIs de negocio.
- Conocimiento en metodologías de mejora (Lean, Six Sigma), estandarización de procesos. (deseable)
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
