We are currently searching for a Backend Developer Sr:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient and scalable backend solutions using Java (JDK 11+) and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Define clean architectures (Microservices, Event-driven, Hexagonal) while ensuring high-quality standards (Sonar, SOLID, Clean Code).
• Optimize performance and resolve bottlenecks in existing systems.
• Integrate applications with databases, external services, and APIs (RESTful and GraphQL ).
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior/mid-level developers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, QA) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure quality and security by implementing unit/integration tests ( JUnit, Mockito ) and applying standards like OWASP, JWT, and OAuth2 .
• Manage Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps tasks using AWS/Azure/GCP , Docker, Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Document technical designs , decisions, and processes to maintain accessible organizational knowledge.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Java .
• Advanced mastery of Java (JDK 11+) , including lambdas, streams, and concurrency.
• Expertise in Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA .
• Strong Database knowledge: SQL ( PostgreSQL, MySQL ) and NoSQL ( MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra ).
• Experience with Messaging/Events: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS .
• Proficiency in Infrastructure: Working with Cloud environments ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ).
• Degree in Software Engineering , Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Desired:

• Certifications: Java (Oracle Certified Professional) or Cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Serverless Architecture (AWS Lambda).
• Security Tooling: Knowledge of Checkmarks, Fortify, or BlackDuck.v

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
