Sobre el rol
Este no es un puesto para "manejar redes". Es para alguien que quiera liderar la identidad visual de la marca, proponer ideas y ejecutarlas con intención.
Responsabilidades
- Dirección y creación de contenido (foto, video, reels)
- Cuidado y evolución de la identidad visual
- Diseño de menús, piezas gráficas y merchandising
- Desarrollo de narrativa de marca
- Conceptualización de campañas digitales
- Participación en eventos y colaboraciones
- Seguimiento básico de métricas (alcance, engagement, crecimiento)
- Análisis de mercado y competencia

- Buen ojo estético y criterio visual
- Capacidad de ejecutar (no solo ideas)
- Interés por construir marca, no solo contenido
- Proactividad y curiosidad
- Ganas de crecer junto con el proyecto
Aptitudes clave
- Dirección Creativa (1 año)
- Branding (1–2 años)
- Creación de Contenido (2 años)
Experiencia
- 2–4 años en roles creativos, branding o contenido digital
- Portafolio sólido indispensable
Plus
- Experiencia en alimentos y bebidas
- Inglés intermedio
- Interés en tendencias visuales y marcas internacionales
Compensación
$10,500 – $12,000 MXN mensuales (según perfil y experiencia) + posibilidad de bonos por resultados
