Quality Assurance Leader Emc (Monterrey)

Responsibilities

• Reduce formal customer complaints.


• Follow up the complaints indicator and encourage the participation of the natural group of the plant for the closure of corrective and systemic actions of the reported events.


• Verify and coordinate timely closure of customer complaints (QN, 8Ds).


• Reduce external third-party charges.


• Ensure compliance with the reaction plan in a timely manner in the processes achieving less time to contract external third parties.

Position Requirements

• English Advanced


• Knowledge in IATF 16949 required.


• GD&T.


• Quality Management System & Automotive Standards.
