Software Engineer in Test

We are seeking for a SDET to join our QA team.

Location: Remote work temporarily within Guadalajara, Jalisco area. Return to office coming soon. ** If you are outside to Guadalajara, should be willing to relocate immediately. **

Job description:

• Perform functional testing of mobile web applications across iOS and Android platforms, validating user flows, UI behavior, and business logic
• Execute manual test cases for end-to-end scenarios covering feature functionality, regression, and exploratory testing
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to review requirements and define acceptance criteria for new features
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira, ensuring clear reproduction steps and priority classification
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing to ensure consistent user experience Automation Testing
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile web and API testing using tools such as WebdriverIO, Appium .
• Build and maintain API test suites using tools -Postman/Newman to validate request/response contracts, authentication, and error handling
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing and fast feedback loops
• Develop reusable test components and page object models to improve test maintainability and scalability
• Analyze test execution results, triage failures, and provide clear reporting on test coverage and defect trends
