Administration Finance Manager – Queretaro, Mexico – Parque Industrial Bernardo Quintana

International industrial company is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented professional to join its team as Administration Finance Manager. This position has an operational and administrative financial focus, oriented to financial control, reporting, process validation and communication with the corporate office in the United States.

We are looking for a highly organized, autonomous and hand‑on professional with experience in administrative and financial operations within industrial or international companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and administrative positions.
• Intermediate English level written and conversational.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Experience

• Financial control and reporting.
• Invoicing and month‑end closing.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable follow‑up.
• Tax payment coordination.
• Inventory review.
• ERP systems management.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing or international companies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate financial records and administrative processes.
• Coordinate and follow up tax and supplier payments.
• Review payroll processed by external accounting firm.
• Manage daily invoicing activities.
• Prepare month‑end closing and financial reports.
• Monitor customer balances and overdue accounts.
• Review inventory reports and financial controls.
• Communicate and submit reports to U.S. corporate office.
• Coordinate with external accounting firm.
