Junior Project Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up on the development of new projects and products from the initial stages through production launch.
• Support the preparation and updating of the Project Timing / Project Schedule.
• Follow up on activities, responsible persons, committed dates, and project progress.
• Identify overdue activities or risks that may affect the project timing and escalate them in a timely manner.
• Participate in project internal follow-up meetings and prepare meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.
• Support the communication and follow-up of customer requirements.
• Participate and evaluate APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC activities, among other quality tools, progressively developing a higher level of expertise.

Requirements:

• Education bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry, engineering, quality, manufacturing, or project management.
• Recent graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
