About the role:
As an Account Execut ive at HQRS, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy. Your role will be pivotal in educating potential clients on how our solutions can revolutionize their businesses, driving deal closures, and expanding our market share. Modern rental businesses are looking to step into the 21st century, and you will be their catalyst for growth. With an inbound sales model powered by our robust online marketing and your own Outbound effort to generate pipeline, you'll have abundant opportunities to upsell and maximize customer lifetime value.
Your success will hinge on your ability to identify market opportunities, gather product knowledge, and deliver impactful presentations based on strong information gathering that resonates with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and nurture L eads: Engage and convert prospective customers, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to deal close .
- Conduct Product Demonstrat ions: Showcase how HQRS can address customer pain points through solution-based selling.
- Be the Brand Ambass ador: Serve as the primary liaison between prospects and the company, embodying our core values of integrity, innovation, and customer focus
- Feedback for Innova tion: Provide valuable insights to our development team to continuously enhance our product offering
- Organize & Exe cute: Maintain an organized CRM system and manage your daily workflow efficiently
- Achieve Tar gets: Hit both short-term and long-term sales goals
Qualifications:
Education & Exper ience: Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech

- Communication S kills: Exceptional communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of conveying complex ideas simply
- Performance D riven: Proven track record in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a proactive approach and top-tier performance.
- Language S kills: Fluent in English (Native or C2-level proficiency)
- Growth-Ori ented: Enthusiastic about personal development and contributing to a dynamic, collaborative team culture
