Title: Account Receivable Analyst (Temporary)

Description: In the US Account Receivable Analyst (Temporary) role, you’ll play a critical part in helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of the order-to-cash process by reviewing, analyzing, and resolving customer deductions. Your work will support healthy customer account balances, improve cash flow, and help prevent future claims through data-driven insights and collaboration across the business. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on financial performance while working closely with multiple functions across the organization.

You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional team that partners with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and external customers to resolve complex deduction challenges. The role offers broad exposure to commercial and finance processes, opportunities to drive continuous improvement, and the ability to influence how issues are identified, resolved, and prevented across the business. This is a 10-month temporary role located in Queretaro.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Deduction Review & Validation — Analyze customer deductions and supporting documentation to determine validity and ensure alignment with agreements, contracts, and approved promotions.
• Claims Resolution Management — Investigate and resolve open deductions while coordinating with internal stakeholders to support timely claim closure and reduce aging balances.
• Recovery & Compliance Support — Recover invalid deductions and help ensure all claims are processed in accordance with company policies and customer agreements.
• System & Documentation Accuracy — Maintain complete records, audit trails, and claim updates within deduction management and ERP systems.
• Root Cause Identification — Analyze deduction trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend corrective actions that help prevent future deductions and improve operational efficiency.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience in accounting entries, AR processes or transactional accounting.
• Knowledge of reconciliations, reclassifications and month-end close.
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong attention to detail, structured work style and ability to manage volume.
• Advanced English for collaboration with regional teams.
