INGENIERO DE PROYECTOS E INGENIERIAS
Diseño, proyectos de redes hidrosanitarias, rasantes, plataformas de desarrollos habitacionales para lograr la mayor relación entre costo y beneficio en función de un buen desempeño de los proyectos urbanos de acuerdo a las especificaciones y normatividad gubernamental, con el proposito de tener proyectos optimos.
Actividades:
Diseñar proyectos funcionales de acuerdo a las necesidades específicas de cada fraccionamiento para contar con la infraestructura necesaria, en cuanto a proyectos optimos de redes de agua potable, alcantarillado sanitario asi como proyectos de terracerias para desarrollos habitacionales y para desarrollos verticales.
Requisitos:
- Carrera terminada en Ingeniería Civil
- Exp. min. 3 años en el mismo puesto
- Experiencia en altimetria y planimetria de topografia
- Exp. en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Hidráulica, Sanitaria, agua potable, plataformas, terracerías y pavimentos, así como calculo de volumetrias para macro-movimientos de terracerias
- Experiencia en el análisis de Movimientos de tierra.
- Asistencia técnica continúa para obra
- Conocimientos básicos en el área de geotecnia.
- Conocimiento de los procesos de autorización ante los organismos gubernamentales correspondientes.
- Manejo en el Software Auto-Cad, Civil Cad y Civil Cad 3D
