Oracle Finance Support Consultant (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

About the Role

PwC is looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Support Consultant to join our growing team. This role is focused on providing functional support for Oracle Finance applications, ensuring business continuity, resolving production issues, and supporting global users across various finance processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance or Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM) . This is primarily a support and AMS-focused role rather than a pure implementation position.

As part of a global team, you will collaborate daily with stakeholders across different regions, making advanced English communication skills essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Finance applications and business users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Support system enhancements, testing activities, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure efficient finance operations.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and optimization projects.
• Ensure adherence to support processes and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle Finance applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and/or Oracle EBS Financials .
• Experience supporting one or more of the following modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Experience in Application Support, AMS, Production Support, or Managed Services environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
