Objetivo del puesto

Dirigir, planear y ejecutar la estrategia tecnológica de la organización, asegurando la operación eficiente de la infraestructura, sistemas, aplicaciones y plataformas digitales, alineando la tecnología con los objetivos del negocio para impulsar la innovación, eficiencia operativa y crecimiento.

Responsabilidades principales

Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de TI y transformación digital de la empresa.
Gestionar la infraestructura tecnológica (redes, servidores, nube, telecomunicaciones y ciberseguridad).
Supervisar el desarrollo, implementación y mantenimiento de aplicaciones y software empresarial (ERP, CRM, sistemas internos).
Liderar proyectos de transformación digital , automatización y mejora de procesos.
Asegurar la disponibilidad, seguridad y continuidad de los sistemas (DRP, backups, ciberseguridad).
Administrar proveedores tecnológicos, contratos y licencias de software.
Gestionar el presupuesto del área de TI y optimizar costos.
Implementar políticas y mejores prácticas (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, etc.).
Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (infraestructura, desarrollo, soporte, datos).
Impulsar el uso de data analytics, inteligencia artificial y herramientas digitales en el negocio.
Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en materia de tecnología y protección de datos.
