Líder de Growth & Engagement Marketing en Fintech

Mercado Libre, con presencia en México, busca un/a líder de Growth Marketing para diseñar y liderar estrategias de engagement para el segmento de sellers y productos financieros. Deberá coordinar con equipos de Producto, Legal, Negocio y Compliance, gestionando campañas CRM y analítica para optimizar NMV y recurrencia.

Se busca persona con experiencia en entornos de alta velocidad y complejidad, con sólidos conocimientos de analítica y CRM, dispuesta a impulsar iniciativas de cross-sell y upsell
