Oracle Cloud Financials Senior Consultant

Location: Hybrid – Mexico City (CDMX) or Guadalajara (GDL)

Work Model: 3 days per week in the office

Travel: Up to 10% annually

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Financials Senior Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials to support financial transformation and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.

You will work across the full implementation lifecycle, helping clients analyze financial processes, design solutions, configure Oracle Cloud Financials, support testing and go-live, and provide post-production support.

What You Will Do

• Lead and support Oracle Cloud Financials implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Analyze finance and accounting processes and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solutions .
• Provide deep functional expertise across Oracle Financials modules, with special emphasis on Accounting Hub .
• Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and functional discussions with clients.
• Advise stakeholders on Oracle Fusion Cloud leading practices and financial process optimization.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout implementation projects.
• Present solutions and recommendations to business stakeholders and senior management.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials .
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials, particularly Accounting Hub .
• Participation in at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation , including design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is highly relevant.
• Experience with additional modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Cash Management , or other Oracle Financials modules is valued.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and ERP processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
• Solid professional English for meetings, workshops, presentations, and interaction with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Work Model & Travel

• Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office in Mexico City or Guadalajara.
• Availability for occasional travel, up to approximately 10% annually , primarily to the United States.
