Accounting Report Analyst Jr (Portuguese - Spanish) (Xico)

We are looking for an Accounting to Reporting Specialist for the Brasil mission to ensure delivery of quality reporting accounting services to entities within scope, while continuously improving processes and tools for greater efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Desirable: additional coursework or certification in IFRS accounting standards or financial analysis.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a multinational or shared-services environment.
• Experience in financial reporting, audits, general- ledger activities, and account reconciliations.
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as M3, AS400, or similar ERP platforms.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and standards.
• Understanding of corporate finance concepts, including financial analysis and planning.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial data and reports.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to plan work effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Demonstrates integrity and professional ethics in accounting work, ensuring transparency and reliability of financial information.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with other areas to ensure accurate financial information.
• Perform bank reconciliations and analysis of key accounts.
• Control fixed assets and assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Prepare the monthly reporting package (sales, gross profit, balance sheet, income statement, etc.).
• Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables—including journal entries, reconciliations, and reports—in compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Achieve compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls by working with business partners.
• Support the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in AtR.
• Contribute to excellent communication flow with stakeholders and relevant parts of the Integral organization.

Hybrid workplace in Polanco, CDMX. Salary between 23,000 and 25,000 MXN, plus superior benefits.
