- Excelente presentación e imagen profesional.
- Carismática y extrovertida.
- Sin miedo a cámaras, micrófonos y transmisiones en vivo.
- Creativa y con mucha iniciativa.
- Responsable y organizada.
- Con gusto o conocimiento en sim racing, videojuegos o automovilismo.
- Buena actitud y facilidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Alta disposición para aprender y participar en eventos.
- Administrar redes sociales: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X y LinkedIn, etc.
- Programar publicaciones y crear calendarios mensuales de contenido.
- Crear ideas para posts, reels, historias y videos.
- Diseñar publicaciones e imágenes básicas.
- Editar videos cortos para redes sociales.
- Compartir clips destacados de carreras y eventos.
- Participar presencialmente en eventos de sim racing.
- Realizar transmisiones en vivo.
- Entrevistar participantes o invitados.
- Tomar fotografías y grabar videos promocionales.
- Responder mensajes y comentarios.
- Resolver dudas de seguidores y participantes.
- Mantener buena relación con la comunidad.
- Moderar comentarios y evitar conflictos.
- Revisar estadísticas de alcance e interacción.
- Detectar qué contenido funciona mejor.
- Entregar reportes mensuales.
- Manejo básico/intermedio de Canva, CapCut o herramientas de edicion
