Procurement Team Leader

We are hiring a Procurement Team Leader with strong expertise in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes to support their Shared Services operations across the Americas .

This is a key leadership role within a growing Shared Services Center (SSC) , focused on driving process optimization, and operational excellence in procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and adoption of regional P2P initiatives across the Shared Services organization.
• Optimize guided buying channels, ERP catalogs, and procurement tools to enhance user experience and compliance.
• Streamline end-to-end P2P workflows , reducing manual effort and increasing automation.
• Define and track KPIs and efficiency metrics for procurement operations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable standardized processes within a centralized Shared Services model .
• Support supplier enablement and spend management strategies through digital channels.
• Lead change management initiatives, including training and adoption, supporting the transition from decentralized to centralized operations .

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Procurement / P2P / Source-to-Pay environments.
• Proven experience working in or supporting a Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) environment is a nice-to-have
• Strong knowledge of SAP (MM), ERP systems, and e-procurement tools .
• Advanced English proficiency and Portuguese basic to intermediate.
• Strong stakeholder management, transformation, and leadership capabilities.
