Customer Service

We are looking for professionals with experience using OEM and Tier 1 customer portals , capable of effectively coordinating customer requirements, supporting demand planning activities, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining strong communication with domestic and international customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Analyze and anticipate customer requirements to ensure proper execution within production operations.
• Manage customer demand schedules and releases.
• Monitor daily customer requirements, volume fluctuations, and shipment priorities.
• Manage and maintain customer information through customer portals.
• Coordinate customer delivery performance and ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
• Analyze delivery performance issues (DDPM) and participate in the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and safety stock to support customer demand.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience within the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Production Planning, Material Planning, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience using ERP and EDI systems.
• Hands-on experience utilizing customer portals for demand releases, shipment management, ASN processing, inventory monitoring, production schedules, and delivery tracking.
• Knowledge of production planning, logistics, and supply chain processes.
