About the Role

We are looking for a Creator Operations Specialist to manage and optimize creator partnerships, execute influencer marketing campaigns, and support e-commerce growth initiatives. This role will work closely with Marketing, Brand, and E-commerce teams to drive creator performance, increase conversions, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creator operations, including sourcing, outreach, onboarding, coordination, and relationship management.
• Execute creator marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions, and e-commerce objectives.
• Coordinate creator collaborations, ensuring timely content delivery and successful campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze creator performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, GMV, and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and optimize operational processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
• English proficiency at a B2–C1 level.
• Experience in creator operations, influencer marketing, social commerce, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, creator ecosystems, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
