Global Talent Acquisition Leader - Centralized Recruiting
FlexTal Staffing LLC
MezTal is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a new centralized recruiting operation in Mexico. The role blends hands-on recruiting with team and process leadership, building structure and scaling the operation across locations including the U.S. market.
You will collaborate with leadership, learn existing processes, and progressively build a team of recruiters, sourcers, and onboarding specialists while ensuring effective, scalable hiring. Fluency in English is required.
