Human Resources Intern

Are you interested in human resources and employee engagement? Join our Labor Relations team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and people-focused environment. As an intern, you will support key HR processes, assist in employee interactions, and contribute to corporate initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and attention to operational personnel.
• Assist in offboarding processes (resignations, contract terminations).
• Support the execution of corporate campaigns.
• Help coordinate and deliver onboarding and induction courses.
• Provide assistance to the HR Generalist in daily activities.
• Collaborate in the planning and execution of internal events.

Requirements:

• Active student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. ( Must be an active student)
• One year or more remaining until graduation.
• Good level of English (reading and writing).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with HR processes and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interest in employee engagement and internal communication.
