GSC Data Office - Data Steward Intern

What will you do?

• Support data analysis to identify insights and improvement opportunities
• Assist in process automation initiatives to increase efficiency (RPA, workflows)
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support vendor and materials data management activities
• Contribute to administrative and operational processes within the Data Office
• Participate in key projects such as:
  • Expansion of RPA coverage for vendor and material processes
  • Integration of workflows using tools like ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams
  • Automation of recurring tasks (e.g., data deduplication)
  • Process automation initiatives from efficiency workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven solutions

Who will you report to?

You will report to the Data Management Manager / Data Office Lead within the GSC organization. You will work with cross‑functional teams including data, business, and digital stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role with strong collaboration.

  Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related

  Basic understanding of data management concepts (data lifecycle, governance)

  Familiarity with data tools (Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau, SAP or similar)

  Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  Good communication and teamwork abilities
