HIL Engineer

We are seeking a skilled HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) dSPACE & Validation Engineer to join our engineering team. This role involves developing, executing, and maintaining validation strategies for embedded systems using dSPACE platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HIL setups, test automation, and system validation in automotive or embedded environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HIL test setups using dSPACE tools (ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, SCALEXIO, MicroAutoBox).
• Design, develop, and execute validation test cases for embedded systems.
• Perform system-level testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and validation reports.
• Support model-based development and simulation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and systems engineering.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with dSPACE tools and HIL testing environments.
• Experience in embedded systems validation and verification.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink and model-based development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive domain or similar industries.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB scripting.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Standard business hours (Monday to Friday), with flexibility based on project needs
