Fashion & Beauty Account Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Fashion & Beauty Account Lead based in Mexico.

As a Fashion & Beauty Account Lead, you’ll help build a strong presence in the fashion and beauty ecosystem across Latin America. You’ll develop relationships with leading creators, brands, agencies, communities, and cultural partners while shaping strategies that connect content with commerce. The role blends creator strategy, social content, brand partnerships, market intelligence, and commercial thinking. You’ll identify emerging trends, creators, formats, and consumer behaviors and translate those insights into scalable creative opportunities. You’ll also develop concepts, campaign playbooks, briefs, and repeatable content formats that drive measurable engagement and commercial impact. With significant autonomy, you’ll help establish the foundation for a new creator-led initiative and have the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role.

Accountabilities

• Build and expand a high-quality creator and influencer network across LATAM, initially focusing on fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and adjacent categories.
• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with relevant brands, creators, agencies, communities, and cultural partners.
• Develop and execute a clear creator and content strategy for fashion and beauty initiatives.
• Create original concepts, hooks, briefs, scripts, storytelling frameworks, and campaign ideas tailored to platform-native content.
• Build a library of repeatable content formats, creative playbooks, templates, and best practices that can scale across campaigns and partners.
• Monitor emerging creators, consumer behaviors, products, aesthetics, platforms, and cultural trends to identify opportunities early.
• Analyze content performance to understand what drives attention, engagement, discovery, traffic, and commercial action, turning insights into stronger creative strategies.
• Bring creator, brand, audience, and market intelligence into broader product and commercial decisions.
• Manage campaigns and content programs from initial concept through execution, measurement, and optimisation.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of meaningful opportunities through strong creator and brand relationships.
• Gradually take ownership of a broader creator-led fashion initiative as the business opportunity develops.
• Help establish a differentiated point of view and visible presence within the fashion and beauty market across LATAM.

Requirements

• Meaningful professional experience in creator strategy, influencer management, social content, fashion, beauty, e-commerce, media, digital marketing, or a closely related field.
• Deep experience in at least one of the three core commercial areas: e-commerce, marketing, or media , with enough understanding of the other two to contribute credibly from day one.
• Strong network within the LATAM creator, fashion, beauty, or digital ecosystem, or a demonstrated ability to build one from the ground up.
• Excellent creative judgement and a strong understanding of platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms.
• Experience taking campaigns, creator programs, or content initiatives from concept through execution and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of how creator authenticity, brand objectives, audience behavior, and commercial performance intersect.
• Ability to identify promising creators, establish trust-based relationships, and provide clear creative direction while preserving authentic creator voices.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to move comfortably between creative strategy, relationship building, and business development.
• Excellent awareness of fashion, beauty, creator culture, and emerging digital trends across Latin America.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday creative, research, strategy, and productivity workflows.
• Highly independent, resourceful, organised, and adaptable, with the judgement to operate effectively when processes and answers are not yet established.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building new initiatives from an early stage.
• Fluent written and spoken English, which is the primary business language.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong familiarity with the LATAM market and creator ecosystem.
