Cloud NOC & SOC Support Agent (24/7 Shifts)

Link-Worldwide in Mexico City is looking for a Service Desk Agent – Associate I, Cloud Infrastructure Services. The role focuses on monitoring and supporting the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC), handling incidents and service requests, and ensuring work is completed to agreed service levels.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, have over three years of technical voice support experience, and show flexibility for rotating 24/7 shifts. This position offers a dynamic environment with the potential for growth.
