Subscriptions is the new growth area, and we are building an online subscriptions store as part of our B2C Ecommerce team.

Job Summary / Position Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong understanding of subscription management services to drive customer solutions at scale. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders in HP business teams, analytics, marketing, and software engineering to define and develop best‑in‑class payments capabilities and drive outcomes and KPIs.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross‑functional teams, defining strategy and roadmap, monitoring industry trends, and ensuring that products meet key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop the ecommerce platform roadmap to drive growth and revenue.
• Develop annual plans and quarterly increments to drive toward business objectives.
• Identify key stakeholders to drive outcomes across various HP business units to drive results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Identify KPIs and metrics to drive the outcomes.
• Partner with delivery teams to develop a delivery cadence to support achievement of these KPIs.
• Measure outcomes and establish processes to track KPIs and outcomes.
• Analyze data and metrics to make recommendations and present findings to executives and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in ecommerce product management.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, platforms, technologies, and trends.
• Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through ecommerce product management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
