About the role

Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We're looking for a People Partner to drive our HR advisory strategy in Mexico. You’ll bring a balance of strategic insight and operational execution to optimize policies and procedures while embedding culture across the team to enable continuous growth and learning.

What you'll be doing

• Being a trusted advisor by providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers on HR matters
• Identifying people issues and trends proactively, and partnering with stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions
• Optimizing day-to-day HR operations, keeping people-centricity in mind
• Leading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures
• Contributing to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures

What you'll need

• Experience in a regulated financial services and hyper-growth environment, like banking or fintech
• Logical and analytical thinking
• Great project management skills
• Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• A data and process-driven approach towards HR
• A results-driven and numbers-oriented working style
• Extensive knowledge of local labour laws
• Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and procedures
• Fluency in English
